Gabriela Artigas & Company is a jewelry line founded in 2008 by sisters Gabriela and Tere Artigas, Mexico City natives based in Los Angeles, California. The jewelry line, expanded to include men’s and home accessories, ranges from delicately minimalist to boldly architectural with inspiration drawn from their Mexican heritage and familial background in architecture and design. Central to Gabriela Artigas & Company’s design philosophy is the idea of contradiction; bold structural pieces are touched with delicate details, clean lines are enlivened with organic curves. Each piece is unique and has a soul intrinsic in its structure becoming distinct and individual to whoever wears it. Their jewelry is intended to be worn every day and stand the test of time. Designed and handcrafted in Los Angeles, the care with which each piece is produced is a representation not just of the sisters’ aesthetic and dedication to quality, but also the way in which they live. Each collection is held to the highest standards and produced in limited quantities to ensure quality and authenticity. Gabriela Artigas & Company only sources conflict-free diamonds and precious stones. In the fall of 2017, Gabriela Artigas specially designed unique, special edition pieces for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) ‘Wear LACMA Collection’. The Gabriela Artigas & Company can be found in over 120 of the most discerning boutiques around the world. The sisters also have their own brick and mortar located in Los Angeles on Melrose Ave.
